Powerize is a managed marketplace and project advisor for renewable energy. We bring together suppliers, consultants, and logistics providers, but final contract execution is the responsibility of the parties.

Users commit to providing accurate information, protecting intellectual property and other users, and not using Powerize for illegal activities. Powerize reserves the right to suspend violating accounts to protect the ecosystem.

Powerize provides calculation, supplier matching, RFQ facilitation, consulting, and logistics services. We make no warranty about the final quality of third-party equipment or installation; instead we provide a ratings framework, escrow, and dispute resolution to reduce risk.

These terms are interpreted under the laws where Powerize is registered. Any update is announced by email to active users, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
