We understand energy projects can change. Powerize refund rules depend on the type of service or product.

Physical products: if not shipped or verified defective, a full refund is possible within 7 business days of delivery. Custom or made-to-order products may qualify for a partial refund or store credit.

Consulting and logistics services: if cancelled before work starts, the committed fee is deducted and the rest is refunded. After work starts, completed costs are deducted and the remainder is refunded or converted to credit.

Refund timing: once terms are approved, funds are returned from the escrow account to the original account within 3 to 7 business days. Bank or gateway fees deducted by the provider are non-refundable.
