Our priority is to resolve disputes through dialogue and Powerize facilitation.

If you have a problem with a transaction, first open an in-platform ticket. The other party has 48 hours to respond. At this stage Powerize tries to create understanding by providing documentation.

If no agreement is reached, the Powerize team reviews evidence and correspondence and issues an outcome based on the contract and platform policies. Any refund is paid by the seller, as Powerize does not hold funds.

If mediation does not resolve the case, Powerize conducts a formal review: all correspondence, documents, invoices, and shipping records are examined and a reasoned decision is issued within a maximum of 14 business days.
