Our priority is to resolve disputes through dialogue and Powerize facilitation.

If you have a problem with a transaction, first open an in-platform ticket. The other party has 48 hours to respond. At this stage Powerize tries to create understanding by providing documentation.

If no agreement is reached, the case is escalated to the Terms and Conditions team. The final decision is based on evidence, contract, and platform policies. Powerize's decision is binding and, if needed, escrow funds are released or refunded.

If mediation does not resolve the case, Powerize conducts a formal review: all correspondence, documents, invoices, and shipping records are examined and a reasoned decision is issued within a maximum of 14 business days.
