Powerize does not currently provide escrow and does not hold funds. Payment is made directly between buyer and seller.

Current flow: 1. Buyer pays and uploads the receipt. 2. Seller confirms the payment. 3. Seller delivers the product or service. 4. Buyer confirms delivery. Powerize does not hold funds in escrow yet.

If a dispute arises, the Powerize team reviews documents and correspondence to reach a fair resolution for both parties.

For large transactions, the parties may agree milestone payments in their contract (deposit, after production, after delivery). Formal escrow is coming soon where available.
